From an early age, I fostered an intense passion for IT and computer technology. My fascination with computers started at the tender age of five when I began exploring their intricacies. What initially began as a playful exploration of breaking and fixing computers quickly transformed into a lifelong pursuit of understanding their inner workings. Today, I am thrilled to share my expertise with friends, family, and now, with you.
My journey in the IT industry began in 2004 when I joined Personalised Travel Services in Waltham Abbey, Essex. Although my role initially involved general data entry, I swiftly recognized my affinity for IT. This realization led me to opportunities within the same company, where I engaged with tasks such as basic SQL management, website data analysis, and domain name registration and maintenance.
In 2007, I founded my own IT Training company, which allowed me to provide a range of services from business management to IT-related training and support. Guiding students through courses like ECDL to MCSE, I catered to diverse learners until 2011.
My journey continued to unfold in 2008 when I joined Banctec, a significant player in Harlow, Essex. During my tenure until 2010, I honed my skills in server maintenance, networking operations, domain management, and IT business support for the finance industry. I thrived in project implementation and took the reins of disaster recovery sites.
As the years progressed, I seized every opportunity to learn and grow. From freelancing at PC Callout between 2018 and 2019, addressing home and small business IT concerns, to serving as a field engineer at Allvotec from 2018 to 2020, specializing in hardware and software service and installation, each experience enriched my knowledge and skills, propelling me toward the present.
In 2020, I founded PC ReFix, a venture born from a profound understanding of the indispensable role technology plays in our world. We're dedicated to resolving IT issues, whether they involve network complexities, computer crashes, software glitches, or data backup and retrieval.
